Balancing the world around you

I guess you may have seen and realised that your world is in mayhem, war has increased and the people in politics are blaming each other for faults that they claim they would never do but the next week are caught doing, countries are know longer functioning and people are running from their war torn homes. We have a war on disease, war on terror, war on anything that can be turned into a war and nothing ever seems to get any better from these wars, in fact they seem to be increasing with no signs of slowing down. Have you ever considered that when we play into these ideas of war, what we are doing is being an active member, perpetuating these wars?

It may be shocking to hear this but this mayhem that is happening around you is you. The scientists are now starting to demonstrate that this experience outside of us is being experienced off the visual cortex of the brain. What they lead onto is that this world that is happening ‘out there’, there is something happening but its not the way we think it is.

Everything is looking for balance, whether we look at the human body or the earth. Look at the plant life for example; if you can find a group of stinging nettles, you will be sure to find a group of dot leaves. For those who have never experienced using a dot leaf, rub a dot leaf over the skin where a stinging nettle has stung, the dot leaf will ease the sting. There seems to be a very natural way towards balance if we allow ourselves to follow it. The Chinese called balance the Yin and the Yang. The Yin is negative, dark and feminine and the Yan being positive, bright and masculine according to this philosophy. The interactions influence the destinies of life.

We have the option to take part in our own world of balance, to be an active member of peace and kindness and be a member of the human race by putting our efforts into pro peace, pro health, pro togetherness and whatever else is the opposite of separation, greed and anger. I believe that all humans want to be happy and do not want to suffer. We have the benefits of today where we are so much more connected to each other. Through our own efforts we can make real change and effects on someone who is sitting in another house just by our links we post on our social media platforms, talking about positive ideas and encouraging each other on real positive change.

It’s up to you what side of the balance you will be cheer leading on!
