Eating our way into Energy

Everything we need to nourish us is alive. If we look at the water that changes its structure while going through its journey of filtration, we can see that all the causes ultimately leads to the waters make up and this doesn’t just mean it changes based on physical interactions. According to some of the experiments, water has the ability to change its structure through the power of mind. Essentially water becomes everything it interacts with. It doesn’t mean that the water will hold onto its structure, it can change depending on the environment. I wrote a blog detailing waters amazing abilities you can find that blog here.

When we talk about veganism, one of the things that’s constantly brought up is the idea that we should be eating plants for compassionate reasons. We can see through the motion of another living creature such as a cow that it’s clearly alive and conscious. We can even interact with animals and we can get a clear response from our interactions.

What happens when experiments are done that demonstrate that the plants are also alive, that they are also part of this web of consciousness. Just because we cannot interact with them or see them move with our eyes, it doesn’t mean that they do not have the will and drive to be alive.

Everything we need in this world to nourish our bodies is alive and by honouring everything that one puts in his/ her mouth then allows us to contemplate and understand that this is the connection we all have to the world we live in. When we eat or drink, this becomes part of us and we become a part of it. From the nutrients that nourish the 50 trillion cells and the water that keeps us hydrated. We are connected to this world directly when we put this energy into our mouths.

Rather than looking at an animal or plant life in a way where we say one has the right to live than the other, we should be looking at what humans function on better with as everything is alive. I think its very clear, the research is pointing towards a plant based diet as a better way towards health. What seems to be logical is whatever has the closest connection with the sun, seems to offer more energy and more of what our bodies are looking for, plants have that closest connection. The environmental effect of farm animals should also be something of consideration.
