Problems with Anxiety and insecurity were always a huge problem in my life and one of the things that I would constantly do to try to seek self-worth was to grasp at approval from others. Do you ever seem to get really hurt by others opinions of you or even frustrated and depressed in your career when no one notices your hard work and effort?

Ultimately you need to learn how to manifest “self-appreciation, which comes from continuously striving to be the best you YOU can be, meditating more and generally just being a kind and compassionate person.
If this does not work increase your meditation and you`ll be able to look deeper into the true roots of your self validating habits.
Try to remember that we ALL make mistakes and not anyone of us is perfect in all areas when it comes to our careers and our relationships.
If someone is not giving you the love and appreciation you deserve then question their actions to not just yours, relationships of ANY kind are a two way thing.
Learn to forgive yourself and give yourself some self-love because you really do deserve it, we all do.
