The Ying & The Yang

We spend far too much time focusing on real terrible things and quite often its outside of our control. This has to be one of the worst habits that we can possibly do. For sure we do have some control over our environment, we can start using sustainable things, we do have control of our mind, which is perhaps the hardest obstacle and one that many of us try to avoid. I want to share with you a short video of looking more closely at emotions and the importance of looking at things positively.

It’s time we made our upmost efforts in changing our habitual thinking habits to one of positivity, love and kindness and being less in the head. Spreading our love rather than our opinions that are sometimes not beneficial for others to hear. We do need to make many changes to adapt to nature better but all of this can be done in a positive, peaceful way. Instead of only pointing out the problems, lets give solutions to the obvious problems.
